Vanzbon Global is a professional global enterprise service provider headquartered in Shenzhen, China. We focus on delivering one-stop overseas enterprise solutions covering company registration, legal compliance, finance & taxation, industrial resource docking and supply chain support. To expand our local service capabilities in Africa and strengthen our market layout in Zambia, we are now looking for a reliable and experienced Zambia National Representative to conduct fully remote work and act as the core bridge between Zambia local resources and our Shenzhen headquarters.
About the Role
This is a 100% remote online position with highly flexible working modes, accepting both full-time and part-time candidates. The country representative will be responsible for the full-cycle delivery of local enterprise services in Zambia, as well as the integration, verification and long-long-term connection of high-quality local resources, supporting the sustainable development of the company’s Zambia business.
Responsibilities
Local Business Service Delivery (Core)
- Take charge of the full delivery of Zambia local enterprise compliance services, including enterprise legal compliance inspection, policy compliance guidance, and compliance risk assessment for overseas-invested enterprises.
- Responsible for company registration, modification, cancellation and other industrial and commercial service delivery in Zambia, ensuring all procedures are standard, legal and efficient.
- Undertake full-cycle financial and tax service delivery, including daily bookkeeping, tax declaration, annual audit, financial sorting, tax compliance management and follow-up of annual inspection work for local enterprises.
- Sort out local industry policies, tax policies and regulatory updates in Zambia, and synchronize key information and compliance reminders to the Shenzhen headquarters in a timely manner.
Local Resource Docking & Headquarters Cooperation
- Explore, verify, screen and connect high-quality local resources in Zambia, including local law firms, professional lawyers, accounting firms, financial and tax service institutions, etc., and establish long-term stable cooperative resource libraries.
- Dock local industrial supporting resources, including factory plants, office space, commercial venues and other site resources, sort out resource advantages, quotation standards and service conditions, and feed back to the headquarters for business deployment.
- Expand and integrate local upstream and downstream supply chain resources in Zambia, assist the headquarters in matching high-quality supply and demand resources, and support the company’s cross-border business and customer service layout.
- Act as the exclusive local liaison of the company, efficiently communicate and coordinate the demands between Zambia local resources/enterprises and Shenzhen headquarters, ensure smooth business docking and project implementation.
Daily Business Coordination & Report
- Sort out local business progress, resource docking results and existing problems regularly, and submit standardized work reports to the headquarters.
- Coordinate and solve various problems encountered in the process of service delivery and resource cooperation, and optimize local service processes continuously.
- Assist the headquarters in completing pre-investment consultation, local policy interpretation and project feasibility analysis for Zambia-related business projects.
Qualifications
- Local Background: Reside in Zambia or have long-term in-depth local life/work experience, familiar with Zambia’s corporate laws, tax policies, industrial and commercial registration rules and local market conditions.
- Resource Advantage: Possess stable local industry resources, including legal, financial and tax, office/factory site, supply chain and other related resources; candidates with existing cooperative institutions are highly preferred.
- Capability Requirements: Familiar with local company registration, bookkeeping & tax filing, annual inspection, compliance management and other enterprise service processes; have strong resource integration, communication and coordination capabilities.
- Language Skill: Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Work Mode: Support 100% remote online work, flexible working hours; accept both full-time dedicated and part-time cooperative candidates.
- Personal Quality: Responsible, reliable, responsive, with strong business sensitivity and long-term cooperation awareness, able to maintain long-term stable business connection with the headquarters.
