The Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, promoting the company's printing and branding services, and achieving sales targets. The role involves identifying customer needs, preparing quotations, coordinating projects, and developing marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in corporate, retail, educational, government, and NGO sectors.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct client meetings and presentations to showcase printing and branding solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender documents.
- Negotiate pricing and contracts with customers.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert prospects into customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Marketing Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote printing and branding services.
- Manage the company's social media platforms and online presence.
- Create and distribute promotional materials, brochures, and email newsletters.
- Organize exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and emerging opportunities.
- Assist in developing branding strategies for both the company and its clients.
- Track and analyze marketing campaign performance.
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
