The Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, promoting the company's printing and branding services, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities

Sales Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in corporate, retail, educational, government, and NGO sectors.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Conduct client meetings and presentations to showcase printing and branding solutions.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender documents.
  • Negotiate pricing and contracts with customers.
  • Follow up on inquiries and convert prospects into customers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

Marketing Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote printing and branding services.
  • Manage the company's social media platforms and online presence.
  • Create and distribute promotional materials, brochures, and email newsletters.
  • Organize exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and emerging opportunities.
  • Assist in developing branding strategies for both the company and its clients.
  • Track and analyze marketing campaign performance.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
