Sales Representative & Marketing Officer Company: Tesno General Dealers Location: Lusaka CBD Industry: Hardware & Building Materials About Tesno General Dealers Limited is a Zambian general trading and supply company based in Lusaka that deals in a variety of products and services, including building materials, electrical supplies, and general procurement. We participate in supply tenders and business contracts within Zambia. Key Responsibilities Conduct market research to identify trends, and customer needs Actively identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities and clients Negotiate pricing of contracts, and business agreements with customers Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to grow the business Build, develop, and maintain strong professional and business networks to increase sales opportunities Any other duties assigned by supervisor or Management. Skills & Qualifications Grade 12 Certificate (good grades in Mathematics & English) Diploma/Certificate in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (added advantage) Experience in sales and marketing (added advantage) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation skills. Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Smart invoice Valid driver’s license is an added advantage.
