Role Profile
Responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying prospects, nurturing leads, and closing deals while maintaining client relationships. Other key responsibilities include managing and improving the company’s brand visibility as well as social media channels
Other Responsibilities & Duties
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identifying potential customers through networking, research, and cold calling.
- Tender management: Preparing and submitting tenders in a timely manner
- Sales Process Management: Managing the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing, including preparing proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Product Expertise & Presentation: Delivering engaging product demos and presentations that clearly highlight the value proposition to potential buyers.
- Negotiation: Handling objections and negotiating pricing, terms, and service agreements to reach a mutually beneficial deal.
- Market Intelligence: Conducting research on competitor products, pricing, and market trends to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Campaign Management: Planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns to meet objectives.
- Content Creation: Writing and producing engaging content for social media, email, websites, and print materials.
- Market Research: Analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behaviour to identify opportunities.
- Digital Marketing: Managing company social media channels and other digital marketing tools
- Reporting & Analytics: Preparation of sales and marketing routine reports (weekly, monthly etc.)
Skill & Experience
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication, including active listening and non-verbal communication,
- Negotiation & Persuasion: Ability to negotiate win-win deals, handle objections confidently, and persuade potential clients.
- Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
