Mission of the role:

The Country Manager – Zambia is responsible for delivering profitable and sustainable growth, stabilizing and developing the organization, and realizing the full market potential across all divisions.
The role leads the Customer Center with customer centricity and customer satisfaction as the guiding principle, with full accountability for operations, business performance, people, and long-term value creation.

Your Profile:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Finance, or a related field (MBA/Master’s will be an added advantage).
Minimum 10 years’ experience in senior leadership/general management within industrial, mining, equipment, or services environments.
Demonstrated P&L ownership and experience driving profitable growth (sales + aftermarket/service).
Strong understanding of SHEQ leadership and compliance expectations in a high-risk operational environment.
Experience leading multi-site operations and cross-functional teams (sales, service, supply chain, finance, HR).
Strong English proficiency (written and spoken).
