Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert sales leads
- Conduct property site visits and client consultations
- Promote residential land developments
- Execute digital and offline marketing campaigns
- Build client relationships through networking and referrals
- Prepare sales proposals and payment plans
- Negotiate and close sales
- Maintain accurate client records
- Meet weekly and monthly sales targets
- Represent the company at exhibitions and community events
