Key Responsibilities
Coaching & Culture:
* Building a high-performance culture through continuous field-based coaching and assessments.
Monitoring & Intervention
* Leveraging telematics data, onboard monitoring devices, and operational performance reports to provide targeted, corrective coaching aimed at improving driver behavior.
Root Cause Analysis
* Addressing the causes of accidents, fuel overconsumption, speeding, and vehicle abuse.
Performance Planning
* Developing and monitoring improvement plans for underperforming drivers.
Evaluations
* Conducting practical driver evaluations, route observations, and competency assessments.
Compliance
* Ensuring adherence to company standards, legal requirements, and safe operating procedures.
Safety Support
* Assisting in accident investigations and translating lessons learned into training interventions.
Efficiency
* Promoting fuel-efficient driving and improving vehicle care and defect reporting.
Training Delivery
* Executing induction, refresher, and remedial programs based on identified risks.
Standard Setting
* Establishing measurable performance standards to drive fleet improvement.
