Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Developer to drive growth and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach. Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients. Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows. Contribute to the development of sales strategies and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role. Strong understanding of the industry and market dynamics. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
