MARKETING OFFICER

Congress Network Zambia Limited (CNZ) is a leading provider of conference, event management, AV, interpretation and related professional services.
We are looking for a creative, proactive and results-driven Marketing Officer to support our marketing and communications efforts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to promote CNZ services and events.
• Manage CNZ’s digital presence including website, social media and email marketing.
• Create engaging content, including graphics, brochures, proposals and presentations.
• Support business development activities and proposal writing.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Plan, coordinate and promote events, exhibitions and conferences.
• Measure and report on marketing performance and ROI.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• 2–4 years’ experience in marketing, preferably in events, hospitality, conferences or professional services.
• Strong skills in digital marketing, social media management and content creation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite is a plus).
• Creative, organized and able to work independently.
