About the role

Job Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for daily warehouse inbound unloading, goods receiving inspection and outbound delivery of hardware materials, spare parts and factory supplies, ensuring accurate quantity and complete operational documents.
  2. Conduct daily and regular warehouse stocktaking, timely record inventory discrepancies, track and handle all stock abnormal issues, and submit standardized stocktaking reports as required by management.
  3. Manage daily warehouse sorting, goods shelving, zone management, environmental tidiness and basic fire safety management to maintain standardized and orderly warehouse operation.
  4. Sort and archive all warehouse operational documents, cooperate with monthly inventory reconciliation work, and ensure full consistency between physical inventory and system data.
  5. Complete other daily warehouse operational tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements

  1. Education: College degree or above, candidates with warehouse and logistics relevant background are preferred.
  2. Experience: At least 1 year of warehouse working experience. Familiarity with hardware materials and spare parts warehouse management is required. Candidates with mining or manufacturing factory working experience are highly preferred.
  3. Skills: Capable of accurate goods counting and proficient in basic warehouse operation procedures; possess good English communication skills to support daily work docking and coordination.
  4. Personal Traits: Hard-working, meticulous and responsible. Able to adapt to on-site warehouse working environment and strictly comply with company rules and regulations.
