About the role
Maintain positive business relationship with customers to maximize sale
Present, promote, and sell product/services using solid argument to existing and prospective customers
Supply supervisors with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new product and services
Ensure that customer satisfaction is upheld on a daily basis
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
Continuously improve through feedback by performing cost-benefit and need analysis of existing /potential customers to meet their needs
Expedite the resolution of customers problems and complaints to maximize customer satisfactions
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcome with schedule
Coordinate sales efforts with the team members and other departments Analyze the territory/market potential, track sales and status report
Ensure company procedures and laid down rules are followed
Ensure that customers are properly welcomed
Ensuring that monthly reports are submitted on 05th of every month
Ensuring that the working place is clean at all times
Any other duty assigned by the supervisor.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Full grade 12 certificate
- Certificate /Diploma in business or related course
- Minimum of 1 year hand on experience-Added advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
