Primary Duties

• Handle the day-to-day customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, wage packaging, and any other cash-related transactions assigned.
• Assist customers with processing transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
• Resolve complaints or account discrepancies and attend to customer queries.
• Inform customers about any product/service offering by the company.
• Track, record, and store information related to transactions and customers ensuring all information is accurate and complete.
• Maintain and balance cash received, paid out, and reconcile any discrepancies.
• Keep a clean, organized work area and maintain a professional appearance.
• Handle currency transactions and confidential information in a responsible manner.
• Generate reports related to the transactions done.
