Operating as the commercial heart of the site office, the Site QS ensures that the "Actual vs. Allowable" budget is strictly monitored using CCS (Candy) and Buildsmart. The incumbent must ensure that the firm is paid for every variation and that all sub-contractor liabilities are accurately reflected. The Site QS must maintain an audit trail of measurements and contemporary records to satisfy both the internal leadership and the stringent requirements of external parties as well.
