About the Role
TRISERVE SECURITY LIMITED is seeking a highly organized, disciplined, and digitally skilled individual to join our team as a Company Secretary & Administrative Assistant. The role combines administration, finance support, digital management, and compliance responsibilities under a performance-based structure.
Work Arrangement
- Work remotely: Tuesday to Friday (09:00 – 15:00 hours)
- Physical office attendance: Once per week (scheduled by management)
- Transport provided for official duties and meetings
Key Responsibilities
1. Company Secretarial Work
- Maintaining company records and statutory documents
- Preparing meeting notices and minutes
- Supporting management with corporate administration
2. Financial Administration
- Capturing expenses in QuickBooks
- Preparing and issuing client invoices
- Maintaining financial and invoice tracking records
3. Digital Administration
- Managing website and social media platforms
- Creating and posting content
- Monitoring analytics and digital performance
4. Statutory Compliance
- NHIMA and NAPSA submissions
- Maintaining compliance records
5. Office & Business Administration
- Filing and documentation
- Scheduling meetings and managing calendars
- Coordinating site visits and inspections
Remuneration
Compensation is performance-based and will be discussed during the interview
- Includes base retainer plus KPI-based earnings depending on performance
- Client acquisition incentives may also apply and will be explained during the interview
Performance Review
- Quarterly performance evaluation
- Continuation of KPI eligibility depends on quality, timeliness, and professionalism
