About the role
Main Duties:
- Monitor and optimize Electrical and Electronics control systems used in cable production lines
- Support automation and digitalization initiatives to improve production efficiency and product quality
- Plan and oversee electrical installations, testing, and commissioning to minimize costs
- Design, plan, and supervise machine modifications to improve efficiency
- Participate in root cause analysis for production faults and implement corrective actions
- Establish and maintain preventive maintenance systems to reduce equipment breakdowns
- Analyze and report on electrical and electronic breakdowns to assess plant performance
- Implement cost-reduction initiatives, including energy-saving measures
- Identify, develop and deliver training programs to enhance technical skills and safety awareness
- Perform any other duties assigned by management
