About the role

Job Description

Coordinates, develops and evaluates security programs for the organization. Ensures programs are effective

Finance

  • Cost containment management.

Customer

  • Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers’ expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate solutions.

Process

  • Develop and implement security plans.
  • Establishment of efficient work procedures and schedules that allow for optimization and tracking of own work and deliverables.
  • Manage investigations in case of crime / violent crime.
  • Monitor and manage potential physical and financial risk through communicating concerns and addressing accordingly.
  • Provision of an efficient administration service through careful and timeous planning, communication, reporting and updating of all related information.

People

  • Manage own development to increase own competencies. Any other duties as assigned by Line Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Minimum Grade 12 Certificate with 5 credits and passes in English and Mathematics.
  2. Degree from any recognized institution.
  3. Recognized tertiary training, minimum Diploma in security

EXPERIENCE

  1. Law enforcement background
  2. 3-4 years related experience in related role.
