Electrical Supervisor - Solary Energy Sector
Key Responsibilities
- Design, install, test, and maintain electrical systems for renewable energy projects.
- Supervise solar, inverter, battery storage, and power distribution installations.
- Conduct site inspections, system assessments, and technical evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and project specifications.
- Prepare technical reports, drawings, and project documentation.
- Provide technical support during project execution and commissioning.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and project teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in solar energy projects.
- Experience with solar PV systems, inverters, battery storage systems, and energy efficiency solutions.
- Strong knowledge of electrical design and troubleshooting.
- Registered with the Engineering Institution of Zambia (EIZ) or relevant professional body.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
