Key HR duties include:
* Implementing HR policies

* Ensuring the university adheres to and complies with labor laws and all applicable regulatory requirements
Key Student Affairs Duties include:
* Student Records & Data Management
* Managing the issuance of official transcripts and verification
* Registration & Enrollment
* Graduation coordination
* Policy Compliance & Quality Assurance
Key Accounts Duties Include:
* Overseeing student fee management
* Controlling institutional expenditures
* Setting up fee installment schedules, and tracking tuition payments
* Handling accounts payable, and preparing petty cash reconciliations
* Maintaining internal financial records aligned with standard accounting practices.
* Budgeting & Financial Reporting Consolidation
* Compiling necessary financial data and liaising with external auditors to ensure smooth year-end audits
* Ensuring adherence to statutory tax and regulatory requirements (such as ZRA, NAPSA, or NHIMA regulations).
Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
* Working closely with the main Registrar and Dean's offices to ensure only students who are up-to-date on fees are cleared for exams or graduation.
