Media Department Manager

Job Overview

We are launching a brand-new Media Department and are looking for the first Media Department Manager. You will be fully responsible for department operation, team building, content planning, brand promotion and social media management, leading the team to enhance the company’s brand influence and support real estate business growth.

Job Responsibilities

1. Formulate media department strategies, work rules, monthly and annual targets.
2. Lead the media team, responsible for recruitment, training and daily management.
3. Plan and produce short videos, graphics and copy for brand and real estate projects.
4. Operate company social media accounts, increase followers and engagement.
5. Cooperate with other departments to support project promotion and events.
6. Analyze data, optimize content strategies and improve brand influence.

Salary & Benefits

1. Monthly GROSS salary: 12,000–15,000 Kwacha
2. High performance commission, quarterly bonus and year-end bonus.
