About the role
Flambé by Vox is a high-end dining destination dedicated to delivering exceptional cuisine, outstanding service, and memorable guest experiences. We are seeking talented professionals to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow reports.
- Monitor food and beverage costs, inventory levels, and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with PAYE, NAPSA, NHIMA, and tax regulations.
- Perform bank reconciliations and oversee accounts payable and receivable.
- Provide financial insights to support business growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in hospitality, restaurant, or hotel accounting.
- Professional qualification (ZICA, ACCA, CIMA, CA Zambia) is an advantage.
