About the role
We are looking for a Recruitment Manager to work with us on a contract basis. The main responsibility of this role is to recruit and recommend suitable candidates for employment within our company. Main Responsibilities Find and recruit potential employees Ensure candidates meet company requirements Assist in maintaining a steady weekly recruitment pipeline Coordinate with management regarding candidate progress and onboarding
Targets & Expectations Minimum target: 10 successful recruits per week Minimum monthly target: 40 successful recruits per month
A successful recruit is defined as: A candidate who completes training Passes evaluation Is officially employed by the company Additional bonuses may be awarded for exceeding monthly targets and exceptional performance Probation Period The probation period is 3 months Performance will be reviewed during this period If minimum targets are not met during the first month, management reserves the right to review the agreement and determine continuation. Requirements Good communication and networking skills Ability to recruit and manage candidate flow Responsible and goal-oriented Experience in recruitment or team building is an advantage
