About the role
Evelyn Hone College of Applied Arts and Commerce is the largest Technical Education and Vocational Training (TEVET) institution under the Ministry of Technology and Science (MoTS). The institution is inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced persons to fill the following positions:
MAIN DUTIES
- To ensure that relevant information about the College, its programmes and various activities is provided promptly to all College Stakeholders.
- To provide efficient customer services to all College Stakeholders
- To maintain accurate records of College activities and information packages for clients.
- To monitor activity on the College Facebook page and attend to queries raised by potential clients.
- Also to monitor the information on the College website
- Prepares and submits periodic reports of the activities carried out under Customer Services
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Full Form 5/ Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent
- Minimum of a Diploma in Business Administration or a related field
- A Minimum of 2 year’s work experience
SKILLS/ATTRIBUTES
- Computer literate
- Ability to maintain high levels of Confidentiality and Integrity
- Possess demonstrable Interpersonal skills
- Possess good Communication and Leadership skills
