The Role
Data Entry and Maintenance
- Accurately input data from source document into database and spreadsheets.
- Update and verify existing records to ensure data integrity and consistency.
- Perform regular data cleaning to remove errors, duplicates and outdated information.
- To correct errors and organise information in the manner that will optimise swift and accurate capturing.
- To inform relevant parties regarding errors encountered.
- To prepare and circulate all daily reports to relevant officials.
Key performance areas

- Organize and file physical and digital documents according to company policy.
- Retrieve records for internal teams and authorized parties upon request.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and client information.
- Assist with inventory checks, stock and Rock Tools drilled meters reconciliation.
- To offer support with data queries and verifications.
