Role Description

BestValue Insight is seeking two dynamic Training Associates to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity at our Lusaka Province, Zambia office. The role involves designing, conducting, and evaluating impactful training programs tailored to clients’ needs. Responsibilities include facilitating workshops, creating training materials, developing performance improvement strategies, conducting skills assessments, and providing post-training support to clients. The ideal candidates will also contribute to reporting and analysis efforts to ensure workshops are effective and measurable goals are achieved.
