Aarvik Environmental Ltd is a Zambian environmental, sustainability, ESG, health and safety consulting firm committed to advancing ESG excellence across industries.
We support clients across the mining, infrastructure, manufacturing, energy, conservation, agriculture, and industrial sectors through the provision of environmental management, occupational health and safety, ESG advisory, sustainability reporting, climate change solutions, greenhouse gas accounting, biodiversity management, ISO management systems, regulatory compliance, and capacity-building services.
As our portfolio of projects continues to grow, we are seeking highly qualified and experienced professionals to join our pool of Associate Consultants. Successful candidates will be engaged on a project-by-project basis to support assignments across Zambia and the wider region.

Requirements
- Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Health, Engineering, Science, or related field
- NEBOSH International General Certificate (Minimum)
- NEBOSH Diploma (Added Advantage)
- ISO 45001:2018 Lead Auditor Certification
- ISO 45001:2018 Internal Auditor Certification

Experience & Competencies
- Minimum 5 years' experience in occupational health and safety management
- Experience developing and implementing ISO 45001 Management Systems
- Experience conducting HSE audits, inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations
- Experience supporting certification and recertification audits
- Knowledge of Zambian health and safety legislation and international best practice
- Strong report writing, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills

- Professional consulting experience within mining, infrastructure, manufacturing, energy, agriculture, conservation, or industrial sectors
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to facilitate training workshops and stakeholder engagements
- Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams
- High ethical and professional standards
- Willingness to travel nationally and regionally when required
