About the role

Company Profile: Chingola Resources Limited (CRL) is a mining company based in Chingola, Copperbelt province. The company is inviting applications for the following positions;

Position Profile

Act as dedicated assistant to the HR‑Admin supervisor, support end‑to‑end human resources and administrative work for the mining project, for both Chinese and local employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support full recruitment cycle: resume screening, interview arrangement, interview note taking and preliminary candidate background check.
  • Execute daily HR operations: personnel file maintenance, attendance statistics, contract filing, on‑boarding & off‑boarding procedures.
  • Support local employee management: document sorting for security guards and casual workers, collect compliance materials.
  • Collect and organize documents for employee work permit & TEP application.
  • Assist administrative tasks including staff uniform ordering, material requisition, health‑safety inventory record‑keeping.
  • Perform other HR and administrative ad‑hoc tasks assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

  1. Solid knowledge of recruitment, onboarding & offboarding, contract administration, personnel file management and attendance management.
  2. Highly organized, strong multi‑tasking capability and ability to work under pressure.
  3. Knowledge of local labor regulations is a plus; able to support employee home visit and employment compliance verification.
  4. Assist in document preparation for work permits and TEP applications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resource management from a well recognised institution.
  • 3‑5 years hands‑on human‑resources working experience; prior experience in overseas mining / construction project is preferred.
