We are therefore inviting applications from suitably qualified, experienced, and results-driven professionals to fill the following position:

MARKETING MANAGER

Reporting to: Head Marketing

JOB PURPOSE

The Marketing Manager role is responsible for strategic marketing and business development initiatives that strengthen the company’s market presence, drive growth, enhance brand visibility and deliver value to clients. This role is critical in ensuring effective brand positioning, market analysis, business promotion and innovation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies to support business growth and customer acquisition.
  • Business Development.
  • Competition and market analysis.
  • Campaign formulation and management.
  • Brand Management & Customer Support.
  • Managing marketing sponsorships, events and activations.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Grade 12 School Certificate.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
  • Membership with the Zambia Institute of Marketing (ZIM).
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business development, marketing, or sales.

KEY SKILLS

  • Strong knowledge and application of marketing principles, brand management and digital marketing.
  • Strong networking skills.
  • Excellent communication (written and oral), negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Use of digital marketing tools.
  • Leadership, people management and team-building capabilities.
  • Valid driver’s license.
