Graphic Designer & Printing Machine Operator

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality artwork for print and digital media.
• Create branding materials such as logos, business cards, flyers, banners, brochures, signage, and social media graphics.
• Prepare artwork for print and ensure all files are print-ready.
• Operate large-format printing machines, digital printers, plotters, laminating machines, cutting machines, and other printing equipment.
• Print, finish, and produce high-quality branding materials according to customer specifications.
• Carry out routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of printing machines to ensure smooth operation.
• Ensure print quality, colour accuracy, and proper machine settings before production.
• Work closely with clients to understand and deliver their design requirements.
• Edit and revise designs based on client feedback.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe production workspace.

Requirements

• Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and other relevant graphic design software.
• Proven experience operating large-format printing machines and other digital printing equipment.
• Knowledge of printing materials, finishing processes, and colour management.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Honest, reliable, and able to work under pressure while meeting deadlines.
• Previous experience in a printing and branding company will be an added advantage.
