About the role

Graceal Lounge needs a Chef who owns the food. If the food flops, we flop.

Responsibilities

Create and cost the full Graceal menu.
Run the kitchen: train cooks, enforce hygiene, FIFO stock rotation
Order food stock, check quality on delivery, deal with suppliers
Ensure speed + presentation: mains out in 20-25 mins max
Pass all Health/Council inspections
Be a resident of Chongwe

Requirements

Culinary qualification + 3+ years as Chef/Sous Chef.
Can manage 5+ cooks.
Creative but cost-conscious.
