About the role

Job Responsibilities

  • Formulate manpower recruitment plans and complete full-cycle on-site recruitment for front-line workers to meet production demands.
  • Conduct offline interviews, candidate screening and entry documentation for new employees.
  • Expand local recruitment channels including labor agencies and communities to ensure stable labor supply.
  • Maintain daily recruitment data, optimize on-site recruitment processes and ensure local labor law compliance.
  • Assist in daily manpower management and cooperate with the employee relations team.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with minimum 3 years of recruitment experience; manufacturing blue-collar recruitment experience is preferred.
  • Familiar with Zambian local labor market, capable of independent on-site mass recruitment.
  • Possess good on-site communication and screening capabilities to handle urgent manpower demands.
  • Have basic local labor law knowledge and standard document management ability.
  • Responsible, resilient, adaptable to factory on-site work.
  • Fluent in English; African local factory experience is a plus.
