About the role
We are seeking a proactive and people-focused Team Lead to support day-to-day team operations, reporting, engagement, and performance coordination.
Responsibilities: Compile and submit comprehensive monthly reports to the CSP, highlighting key metrics and performance indicators Monitor team performance and ensure operational standards are maintained Organize and facilitate quarterly team activities to encourage collaboration, morale, and team engagement Provide day-to-day support and guidance to team members Foster a positive, professional, and high-performing team culture Assist team members with troubleshooting basic IT and operational issues Escalate technical concerns promptly through the appropriate internal channels Verify team member availability and status within operational systems to support workforce efficiency Participate in departmental meetings with leadership teams to support operational planning and execution Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address team challenges and improve workflows Support the implementation of operational initiatives and process improvements
Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related field Previous experience in a team lead, supervisory, or operations support role Strong organizational and reporting skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Basic technical troubleshooting skills are an advantage
