About the role

Rongxing Investment Limited is seeking a highly organized, trustworthy, and self-motivated Office Assistant to join our Finance Department. The successful candidate will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the department while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in handling financial records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to the Finance Department.
  • Receive, file, and maintain financial documents and records.
  • Assist in preparing payment vouchers, invoices, and other financial documents.
  • Photocopy, scan, and distribute documents as required.
  • Maintain proper filing systems for financial records.
  • Assist in data entry and updating financial information.
  • Prepare correspondence and reports as directed.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Ensure office supplies are adequately stocked.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Finance Manager.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Grade 12 School Certificate with at least five (5) credits, including English and Mathematics.
  • Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or any related field.
  • Minimum of one (2-3) year of relevant work experience in an office environment will be an added advantage.
  • Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles will be an added advantage.
