Our company is a growing enterprise in the lottery sales industry. We are now recruiting a professional and qualified Recruiter to support the company's expanding business. The ideal candidate will own the end-to-end hiring process and help us attract, assess, and onboard top talent to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruitment: Post job vacancies, source candidates, screen resumes, schedule and conduct interviews, extend offers
• Talent pipeline: Build and maintain candidate databases for current and future roles in lottery sales/operations
• Candidate experience: Manage communication with applicants, coordinate interviews, and ensure smooth onboarding for new hires
• Employer branding: Represent the company professionally to attract quality candidates in the Zambian job market
• Hiring compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with Zambian labor laws and company hiring policies
• Reporting: Track hiring metrics, time-to-fill, and maintain recruitment records using Excel and HR systems
