About the role
We are looking for an experienced, ambitious, and results-driven Senior Marketing, Sales & Business Development Executive to join our team.
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of a Diploma in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field
- At least 5 years proven experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or a related role
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads, close sales, and drive business growth
- Excellent customer service and complaint-handling skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Must be computer literate with good working knowledge of:
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Excel
- Email & Internet
- Social Media Platforms
- Digital Marketing Tools
- Ability to prepare reports, proposals, and marketing presentations
- Honest, professional, self-motivated, and of good character
- Ability to work independently and meet sales and marketing targets
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Promote the company's products and services
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Manage customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
- Coordinate promotional campaigns and digital marketing activities
- Prepare sales, marketing, and business development reports
- Represent the company at meetings, exhibitions, networking events, and client engagements
