Profile
Yara Fertilizer Zambia Limited is looking to fill the permanent position of an Office Administrator in Lusaka, Zambia, reporting to the Accountant and assisting with the smooth running of the office and front desk.
Role and Responsibilities
- Attending to Switchboard & Reception
- Scheduling Appointments/Meetings/Conferences
- Deliveries/Office Collections/Courier Services
- Petty Cash Administration and Reconciliation
- Month end vendor statement coordination
- Company operating tools (Vehicles & Expenses, Fuel, Business phones) administration
- Vendor quotations
- Accounting assistance and purchase order preparation
- Office supply purchases
- Asset verification, worthiness, tracking and tagging
- Sales invoicing assistance
Functional Knowledge
- Good understanding of the procedure to pay process.
- Microsoft Office software, email, internet etc.
- Exposure to and knowledge of SAP or similar Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.

Qualifications and Experience
A minimum of a Diploma in Business or Administration
Minimum of 2 years’ work experience in a similar position
