Role Description

The Technical Trainer (Technician Development) is a full-time, on-site role based in Kasama. This role is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating technical training programs for automotive technicians, focusing on diagnostic procedures, repair methods, and maintenance best practices. The Technical Trainer will conduct classroom and hands-on training sessions, create instructional materials and documentation, and ensure that technicians are up to date with current tools, technologies, and safety standards. Daily activities include assessing training needs, mentoring technicians, collaborating with service managers to address skill gaps, and tracking training outcomes. The role also involves maintaining training records, supporting onboarding of new technicians, and contributing to continuous improvement in training processes.
