POSITION SUMMARY

The Professional Curtain Tailor is responsible for producing high-quality curtains, blinds, soft furnishings, and related products in accordance with Company quality standards, customer specifications, and production schedules.
The successful candidate will contribute directly to customer satisfaction through exceptional workmanship, productivity, precision, and professionalism.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manufacture curtains and soft furnishings to approved specifications.
• Read and interpret production sheets and measurements accurately.
• Operate industrial sewing machines safely and efficiently.
• Maintain high production quality standards.
• Minimize fabric wastage.
• Meet daily and weekly production targets.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Report production defects immediately.
• Assist with quality inspections.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work collaboratively with Production Supervisors and team members.
• Comply with Company procedures, health and safety requirements, and quality standards.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum three (3) years' experience in curtain tailoring or a similar production environment.
• Proven experience operating industrial sewing machines.
• Ability to sew curtains, sheers, pelmets, cushion covers, and other soft furnishings.
• Ability to take direction and work within structured production systems.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
