Radiology Technologist
HealthNest Medical Centre is inviting applications from qualified and motivated individuals for the position of Radiology Technologist to join our growing healthcare team in Mongu, Western Province.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality ultrasound examinations and other imaging procedures within your scope of practice.
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, and confidentiality during imaging procedures.
- Produce accurate diagnostic images to support clinical decision-making.
- Maintain radiology equipment and report any faults promptly.
- Keep accurate patient records and imaging documentation.
- Adhere to radiation safety, infection prevention, and quality assurance standards.
- Work collaboratively with clinicians and other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care.
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Radiography/Radiography Technology or an equivalent qualification.
- Valid registration and practising licence with the Health Professions Council of Zambia (HPCZ).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong professional ethics and attention to detail.
- Previous work experience will be an added advantage.
