About the role

Auramor Counselling and Wellness Centre is a professional, non-medical counselling and wellness centre dedicated to promoting emotional well-being and healthy relationships through confidential, ethical, and client-centred counselling services. We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and committed Psychosocial and Relationship Counsellor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, couples, family, and relationship counselling services.
  • Offer psychosocial support to clients experiencing emotional, personal, social, or relationship challenges.
  • Provide psychosexual counselling within the scope of professional competence and Auramor's non-medical counselling services.
  • Conduct client assessments and develop appropriate counselling plans.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential, and secure client records.
  • Facilitate workshops, support groups, and wellness programmes.
  • Promote clients' emotional resilience, healthy relationships, and overall well-being.
  • Refer clients to appropriate medical or mental health professionals where specialised assessment or treatment is required.
  • Uphold the highest standards of professional ethics, confidentiality, and client care.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Counselling, Psychology, Guidance and Counselling, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Professional training in counselling techniques.
  • Specialised training or experience in relationship and psychosexual counselling will be an added advantage.
  • A minimum of two (2) years' counselling experience is preferred.
  • Membership with a recognised professional counselling body is an added advantage.

  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to manage sensitive and emotionally challenging situations.
  • Strong report-writing and record-keeping skills.
  • Good computer literacy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
