About the role

Job Title:

Recruitment Officer

Reports To:
Human Resources Manager

Job Purpose

To manage recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and manpower administration to ensure effective staffing and HR compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment and selection activities.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates.
  • Manage onboarding and employee documentation.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Allocate manpower numbers and support workforce reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and labour laws.

Qualifications

  • Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • 2–3 years’ experience in recruitment and HR administration.
  • Valid ZIHRM practising licence.
