About the role

We are seeking a highly analytical and process-driven Sales Operations Specialist to drive efficiency, accuracy, and performance across the sales organization.

Responsibilities: Analyze sales activity data to generate actionable insights for leadership Monitor pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts Identify and implement improvements to sales processes and workflows Evaluate process effectiveness and drive continuous improvement initiatives Detect bottlenecks and inconsistencies across the sales cycle Develop, maintain, and optimize sales dashboards and reports Build new reporting tools to enhance visibility and performance tracking Ensure consistency and integrity of data across systems Manage and optimize CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot) Ensure accurate data entry, user adoption, and system efficiency Create and maintain SOPs, process documentation, and training materials Support onboarding and training of new sales team members Assist in territory planning and quota allocation Support sales compensation calculations and commission tracking Ensure commission data is accurate and ready for payroll processing Partner with Finance, Marketing, and Operations teams to align processes

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field 3+ years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or a similar role Hands-on experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) Strong ability to build dashboards and interpret data into actionable insights Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills Close attention to detail and data accuracy
