Shop Assistants - Product Personalization Assistant

About the Role:

We are a growing jewelry and brand-personalization store looking for reliable, detail-oriented individuals to fill two distinct Full-Time positions.

Positions Available:

• Sales & Order Lead: Focused on taking online/in-store orders, executing sales, tracking data, and customer management.
• Product Personalization Assistant: Focused on the hands-on side—operating specialized store machinery to customize jewelry pieces, doing quality checks, and preparing orders for pickup.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Execution: Manage targets, take orders, and provide excellent customer service.
• Tracking & Reporting: Maintain accurate logs of sales, orders, and store inventory.
• Order Fulfillment: Operate specialized equipment to personalize products and ensure high-quality finishing (training provided).

Requirements:

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be ready to start immediately.
• Language: Fluent in English and highly confident talking to customers.
• Punctuality: Must be exceptionally reliable with time.
• Attitude: Quick learner, hands-on, with a "can-do" spirit.
• Grade 12 Certificate and basic computer literacy required.
• Location: Based in Woodlands/Chalala or within a short, reliable commute.
• Prior sales, retail, or hands-on crafting experience is an added advantage.
